Are you looking for an exciting part-time role that stretches your project management and strategy development skills? The Strategy Division is seeking a Strategy Development Coordinator to work collaboratively with the Strategy Development Lead (Strategy Division) and the Manager, Strategic Projects (Research Services Office) to develop and deliver the UOW Sustainability Strategy.


The Strategy Division (SD) sits within the Strategy and Assurance portfolio and provides support for development of thematic strategies that contribute to the institution's strategic plan and priorities.

The Research Services Office (RSO) sits within the Research and Sustainable Futures (R&SF) portfolio and provides administrative and management services to support research activities and impact aligned with UOW's strategic priorities and goals.


As a member of the Sustainability Strategy Project Team reporting up to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research & Sustainable Futures and reporting into the UOW Sustainable Futures Committee, the Coordinator will support all aspects of strategy development including benchmarking and comparative analysis, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and data analysis to develop a UOW-wide Sustainability Strategy.

The Strategy will articulate key objectives and measures of success to drive a more sustainable future - both for UOW and society as a whole.
