YOUR NEW ROLE


Reporting to the Head of Management Reporting, Planning & Analysis this position leads the annual business planning and budgeting process and collaborates with the core financial accounting team and the business facing Finance/Business Analysts, to ensure appropriate tools, systems, processes, and information are robust, fit for purpose, available to support decision making and operating effectively.

The role provides leadership to the Financial Analyst Team (Planning & Analysis).

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive working knowledge of financial management practices, forecasting, budgetary principles and business planning processes incorporating complex problem solving skills.
  • Extensive experience of delivery and development of management reporting including a sound understanding of the underlying frameworks and systems.
  • Proven experience in system implementation, development and maintenance.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on business and financial reporting.
  • Sound interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills to maintain relationships and provide appropriate support.
  • Proven leadership and staff management capabilities.
  • CPA, CA or other equivalent accounting accreditation.
