Your role


In this permanent position, you'll work in a team alongside another Finance and Accounts specialist to support the finance/accounts needs of the Sydney and Melbourne offices of this global law firm.


Working directly with your peer, you'll report into a down-to-earth and approachable Head of Admin and your responsibilities will include a wide-range of finance work including: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing and reporting.


This is therefore a well-rounded finance/accounts position that offers variety and new daily challenges, yet in a supportive and professional firm - working as part of a small team and reporting directly in to a great mentor.

About you
You will be looking for the next step in your finance/accounts career, able to work on a full-time, permanent basis and offer:

  • Two years legal billing or Legal accounts experience
  • Experience with a legal accounts system, such as Elite or Aderant
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and backed by confident skills in Excel
You'll also be a team player, who is able to communicate with people across all levels of experience.
