Harbourtown Day/Night Surgery has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic learner.

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, warm, patient and passionate person to join our administration team. Please note this position is casual 3-4 days a week, as well as covering for sick and annual leave.

Duties include but are not restricted to the following:

• Welcoming visitors to the practice and assisting them whilst ensuring they receive a high level of service
• Answering incoming calls in a professional, pleasant and timely manner
• Managing front of house operations
• Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage the Doctors' appointment schedule
• Enter data into the Practice Management Software
• Manage billings of appointments

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

$ $35.00 per hour

Experience:

Medical Administration: 1 year (preferred)
