About the role
Seeking a skilled Finance Officer for a short-term temporary contract opportunity, with a strong opportunity to go permanent. The Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle daytoday financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable
Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Uploading travel invoices from the supplier into the accounting system
Weekly Client Invoicing (Contract and Permanent); seeking opportunities to improve system processes and minimise errors
Daily update of Client payments to the Accounting and Payroll Systems.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

The successful applicant

Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance.
Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team.
