About the Role

The John Holland Talent team currently has a rare opportunity to join as our
Talent Brokerage Manager responsible for developing and operationalising our mobility framework and strategy that supports the identification and movement of our internal capability across the organisation.

As you lead an enterprise solution you will be responsible for, but not limited to;


Strategy & Framework

  • Transform the mobility procedure, policy and strategy aligned to the JHG People Strategy.
  • Define & seek optimisation across process to identify internal capability.
  • Partner and engage with Senior Leaders to drive change.

Employee Experience

  • Partner with our Employee Experience team to establish alignment between employee development planning and internal mobility processes.
  • Produce tools and templates for employees & People Leaders to facilitate mobility opportunities.

Talent Management

  • Establish enterprise standards for talent mobilisation and demobilisation across projects nationally.
  • Lead national mobilisation and demobilisation to facilitate opportunities for employees across business units.
  • Design and manage succession planning process which drives purposeful career development and talent movements aligned to the performance management framework.

People Data & Analytics

  • Drive the development, implementation & optimisation of talent data to resourcing & people teams to influence improved talent decisions. Engage with stakeholders to identify targets for internal mobility to drive improvement.

What we are looking for?

  • Preferably experience in delivering a mobility transformation project within the construction, engineering or related sector.
  • Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to build sustainable relationships at a senior level.
  • Ability to lead change through influencing.
  • Effective time management skills including sequencing of project deliverables.
  • Preferably a degree in Human Resources, Business or related.
