The Lumus teams in Blackburn are looking for a Head receptionists to lead teams across Blackburn and Burwood.

Reporting to the Chief Radiographer this role will include managing staff as well as the day to day running of the sites.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

Training, Mentoring & Development of staff.
Manage all aspects of the practice administration.
Customer service and care
Make exam bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management
Medicare billing and banking
