Service Technician - Automatic Doors:

Service Technician, with full onthejobtraining provided. - As a Service Technician, you will work carry out a combination of service work, systems troubleshooting, repairs and installations for our Brisbane customer base.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Service, repair, install and maintain high speed automatic doors
- Assess electromechanical faults and provide solutions
- Complete comprehensive and accurate service reports detailing the repairs completed, parts used and time onsite
- Strong commitment towards safe work practices
- Professionally liaise with customers and colleagues, ensuring service expectations are met
- Maintain and manage your allocated service vehicle, parts and tools
Who are we looking for?
- A minimum 2 years minimum experience in a similar service role (experience with Automatic Door operation, door controllers, drive systems, electronic and mechanical assemblies viewed favourably)
- Fork licence, EWP and manual driver's licence
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Be technically minded with a high level of mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and product manuals
- High attention to detail and takes pride in quality of work
- Electrical disconnectreconnect desirable
- The ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- A good level of computer literacy with Outlook proficiency;
- Enjoys building relationships with customers, professional with great communication skills
- Be a team player and a customer service champion
- Available fulltime Monday
- Friday and able to work overtime, weekends and some overnight awayfromhome when required
