    We are representing a prestigious boutique construction company, renowned for its financial stability, superior building quality, and a steadfast dedication to customer satisfaction.

    Currently, we are on the lookout for aSenior Estimatorwho embodies their core values and is ready to take on a dynamic range of predominately high-rise residential projects

    Who we are looking for:


    A Senior Estimator who has a demonstrated track record working on a variety ofmedium and high-rise residential developments($10 M - $50 M) with reputable companies accompanied by reliable associated tenures.

    Our client build, from start to finish, ensuring optimum consistency, cost efficiency and quality of finishes on every project they t
    ake on.

    The position of Senior Estimator will see you responsible for:

    Preparation of the initial estimating assessment of tenders
    Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing
    Comparison and analysis of subcontractor pricing
    Liaise with the construction teams to finalise tender submission prices prior to submissions
    Presenting cost estimates to Senior Management and Project Managers
    Exploring documentation to gain a deep understanding of the project scope of works and tender framework
    Managing the tender process with the assigned Project Manager including the Bid SubmissionDesired skills and qualifications that will see you be successful in this role as Senior Estimator:
    Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
    SubstantialLOCALexperience (5-10 Years) Estimating in construction with experience in residential and high-rise developments
    Un-waivered work ethic and desire to be a collaborative team player
    High level computer skills and numeracy including the following programs: Buildsoft/ Cubit or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word
