The role
You will manage high volume operational and blue collar recruitment for NSW based roles.

The responsibilities

This busy role involves:
- take recruitment briefs from line managers and preparing and loading recruitment advertisements.
- assessing and preparing shortlists for presentation to line managers.
- coordinating interviews.
- coordinating conditional offers, working rights and security compliance and final offers.
- ensuring employee details are loaded onto rostering and payroll systems.
- presenting online inductions.

In order to be successful, you must be an Australian citizen with a clean National Police check

In addition, you will:
- ideally have exposure to a high volume recruitment environment.
- be an experienced administrator, looking for greater autonomy, who has the ability to manage a pacey role as training will be provided.
- a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.
- clear and confident communication skills.
