Salary of $60K plus Super and Bonuses

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Consultant for this Not-for-Profit boutique insurance agency, handling inbound calls from customers regarding a range of insurance products.

Focused on new business and retention of existing customers.


Based in the Brisbane City, after probation this is a hybrid working from home 2 days and office 3 days Monday to Friday office hours.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Quote & sell a range of insurance products to new & existing customers.
  • Identify & target the crossselling of other products.
  • Retention of existing customers
  • Handle general customer enquiries.
  • Maintain & update all records with a high degree of accuracy.

About you:

  • Strong Sales and/or customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to build a strong relationship with the client
