Minutes to Seconds is HIRING for a Business Solutions Manager in Perth, Melbourne or Sydney.

The Business Solution Manager - Build purpose is to plan, develop and manage the delivery of Technology solutions for Build, in order to support Build Operations Execution and so that Technology solutions support the delivery of business objectives, strategies and plans EG KO Outcomes.

Please note that this role is on a PERMANENT work basis and with flexible working arrangements (hybrid).

Requirements:

7+ Years in Technology Solution Development and execution,
3+ Years Project Management
3+ Years IT Strategy Planning
3+ Years in managing budgets, forecasting and business case development

- at least 5 year experience with Strategic Technology Roadmap Development /IOP CAPEX Planning

Depth and breadth of experience required:

This role is an SME across a broad suite of technology solutions
The role is a trusted advisor for the business in Technology with a broad understanding across all technology along with a deep knowledge of solution development and delivery
To be successful, they should have broad knowledge of business improvement frameworks such as lean sigma etc. along with financial acumen and business experience.
