Play the pivotal role in the construction of a landmark new hospital project, which will deliver critical healthcare infrastructure to meet the growing needs of South East Queensland.

Well known management consultancy, with a huge pipeline of mega social infrastructure and transport projects in QLD.

The Position:

As Site Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

You will be responsible for representing the client's interests on-site, overseeing the Managing Contractor, and mitigating risks to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role on largescale construction projects with major clientside organisation or tier 1 / 2 builder, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Previous managing contractor experience considered highly valuable construction sequencing, constructability and effective management of the contractor etc.
Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Executives in QLD Health and the site team alike,
Highly organized and detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
Proficient in construction scheduling and project management software.
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building Surveying, or a related field (desirable).
