Requirements:

• An American Juris Doctor degree from a topranked university
• Licensed in a U.S. state (preferably New York)

years PQE as a corporate lawyer, including US securities law experience

• Excellent judgment and communication (interpersonal, verbal and written) skills
• Strong legal reasoning
