Reporting to the Coordinator City Properties, you will be assisting in the coordination of a variety of administrative and statutory duties relating to the City's landowner functions and responsibilities.

Administering lease issues with the management of commercial and community properties.

Monitoring lease agreements while updating the lease databases and assist in the identification of City properties which may be surplus to requirements.

You possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and customer service skills. You have sound time management skills, the ability to work with conflicting demands and meet deadlines.

A relevant qualification or demonstrated experience is essential to be considered for this role.

We are offering a gross salary of
$82,627 per annum, and:

  • 11% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
