About the role
If you're looking for a writing role that is as flexible as it is fun, as fast paced as it is fulfilling, and with no two days the same, you've found it

Woman's Day is looking for a dedicated and ambitious News Writer who is willing to produce content across all sections of the magazine, as well as build stories for our website and relevant social channels.

Reporting on everything from real life to entertainment, we're searching for a journalist who has a flair for storytelling and a thorough understanding of our uniquely Aussie female audience.

With a focus on real life reporting, you'll be a news hound with a proven track record breaking real life stories from around the country.

Reporting directly to the Editor and pitching, interviewing talent, and writing cover worthy stories on a weekly basis, you're not afraid to chase down a good story, whether it be a juicy crime read, a heart-warming tale of triumph or an exclusive celebrity interview.

This is a flexible role, with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.

You'll be joining a dynamic, highly collaborative and supportive team, and a workplace with a focus on culture and shared goals.
