About the role:


We are seeking a People Services Data Analyst to partner with our HR team to provide insights and analytics on our workforce and support out various HR People services process as well as undertake HR administration tasks.

The most significant responsibilities of this role are related to building and establishing our people reporting processes, toolkits, streamlining systems, aligning our performance metrics, and ensuring they meet the expectations of key business stakeholders.


We are looking for someone is passionate about people analytics who can mature our systems and processes and is also great with people and can communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders and ultimately help evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our various people programs.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports for various HR streams including recruitment, employee experience, learning and development, and talent
  • Interact with payroll, HR, and reporting systems such as Preceda, Affinity, Job Adder, and Tableau
  • Prepare learning resources and train users on reporting tools and processes
  • Support stakeholders in understanding workforce reporting and metrics
  • Provide advice on research design and data collection to support decisionmaking processes
  • Source data from people systems to support a range of business reporting requirements

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

  • Proficient in data analysis tools like R, Python, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or similar
  • Experience with HRIS systems required (Success Factors highly desirable)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Statistics, Business, or a related field desirable
  • Understanding of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships
