With the recent expansion into Australia, we are looking for passionate and driven Sales Associates to join our soon to open stores in**:

Westfield Sydney**
Westfield Chatswood

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support
Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to POP MART
Assist with stock management including unpacking, shelf arrangement, replenishing and stock take
Processing of daily transactions at counter efficiently and effectively
Support the store to operate efficiently by possessing excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills.

To be successful you will have
- previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- a can-do positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- able to work both independently and enjoy working in a team environment

Possess a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Flexible availability to work across the week including public holiday and weekends due to busy nature of retail environment
Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
