The Role

Diary management
Arrange quotations and repairs for work required
Prepare agenda's and minutes of meetings
Extensive telephone liaison with clients actioning agenda items
Maintenance of CRM system and updating notes in database of all incoming calls and enquires which need to be logged
PA support to Body Corporate Manager
Back off reception support

About You

At least 12 year administration experience with a stable background
Strong communication skills and confidence
Impeccable attention to detail and can deal with high volume work and competing tasks
Self motivated and resilient
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to deal with high pressure situations
