Your new role

Coordinate and schedule day to day operations of drivers runs
Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
Ensure all prestart, postrun, and minor day to day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
Lead high level of customer service within the collection teams, investigate and resolve and service issues
Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of collection runs and service delivery
Manage and prepare detailed reports on labor efficiencies and overall cost management
Lead performance management investigations and outcomes

Your skills and experience

Must have a Heavy Rigid driver license
Experience in a supervisory role
Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
Moderate experience within the transport / waste / logistics and recycling industries desirable
Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and ability to work independently
Intermediate excel and Word experience
