About the role

Reporting to the Business Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide high levels of outputs to the services team supporting in the implementation of branch initiatives and improvements.

The role will include but not be limited to

Lead reporting requirements, risk management and stakeholder engagement for the branch
Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
Maintain, develop and implement governance documentation
Participation in reference groups
Provide strategic and operational support to the branch
Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business improvement and development of branch structure
Identify innovation opportunities
Deliver improvements in health, wellbeing and culture for the branch
Increase awareness and engagement of the health and wellbeing framework
Management of recruitment, performance, development, team communication and ensuring safe and diverse work environment

About you
To be successful in this role you will have

Previous government experience within a Risk and Assurance position
Ability to lead strategically and foster change in complex environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
