Responsibilities:


  • Building and nurturing great relationships with your client portfolio
  • Create strong working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting clients on their ongoing campaign plans, providing analysis and advice
  • Proactively help clients to find ways to grow and deliver successful campaigns
  • Conduct meetings, prepare briefs and develop strategy
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare reports on insights and trends
  • Develop deep understanding of your clients cause and donor base
  • Effective problem solving to deliver the best outcomes for clients and the organisation
  • Support and contribute to future team strategies and goals

Criteria:


  • Proven track record of success in Relationship & Account Management
  • Charity sector experience highly regarded
  • Ability to nurture long term partnerships
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, professional and engaging
  • Donor Care/Supporter Care experience a big plus
  • Superior communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Effective problem solver who can "think on their feet"
  • Analytical and reporting skills
- "Can do" attitude, passion for results and delivering first class service

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
