Are you ready to take the next step in your career, leveraging your experience within Aged Care to make a difference? Then this role is for you

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Post Graduate qualifications in Education is desirable.
Post graduate qualifications in relevant speciality field is essential (e.g. critical care, midwifery, perioperative) and experience in a specialised field.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment or working towards is essential.
Proven ability to supervise, teach and evaluate students on placement and program placements.
Professional, friendly and a team player disposition who is capable of representing the department effectively.
Ability to organise work in a systematic, accurate and timely manner, as well as the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
High level interpersonal, computer and written communication skills.
Analysis and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation.
An ability to contribute to the development of courses and actively contribute to further development of our online learning management system.
