Wakefield International College is a registered training organisation based in Adelaide and New South Wales that offers qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality Management and Horticulture to International Students.
We seek to hire a dynamic, energetic, and goal-orientated Student Recruitment Officer - Southeast Asia for our RTO with excellent marketing skills to promote WIC to the international student market.
The role of the Student Recruitment Officer:
- Providing information to potential students and or education agents on the WIC admissions process and courses
- Recruitment of onshore and offshore students liaising with the Education Agents to achieve the target.
- Proactive in setting up partnership agreements
- Build a strong relationship with education agents.
- Manage agent's performance and conduct agent reviews.
- Follow up on issued offer letters and convert to enrolments.
- Promote marketing events, including information sessions, seminars, and education expos.
- Work closely with all staff to develop and implement quality services.
- Prepare weekly marketing and student recruitment report.
- Assess designated market trends and analyse the needs, identify gaps or opportunities, and convey those to the Director of Marketing
- Maintain a depth of knowledge about competitive colleges and market relevance of courses in target areas
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in marketing activities across RTO
- Proven experience working with International Students
- Established network of education agents or direct market contacts
- Strong background in sales and/or marketing, with a handson approach to the role
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision
- An ability to build supportive relationships with a diverse group of students from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proven ability to meet sales and recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and One drive.
- Being able to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, other employees, and stakeholders across the organisation
Salary:
$52, $60,000.00 per year
