Boss Australia Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized coordinator to support our maintenance operations.

The Assistant to the Asset Manager will work closely with property managers, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with tradespeople to address maintenance concerns and organise quotes for necessary repairs and services.
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance tasks and ensure that they are proceeding according to schedule and budget.
  • Verify and schedule both routine and yearly maintenance tasks, ensuring that all requirements are met and documented.
  • Maintain a close study of market trends, identifying emmerging investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other relevant parties to address maintenance issues and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Attend to customer service calls and inquiries, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.

Skills:


  • Detailoriented and highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Ability to accept criticism and work effectively under pressure.
  • Business management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
