A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Representative, you are an important component in the business.


Your day could see you:

  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches
  • Possess excellent sales pipeline management skills
  • Close prospective customers using working knowledge of the partnered retailers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and refer the service
  • Handle inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints
  • Handle all outgoing phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Multitask to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks
  • Work with other departments/retailers as needed to resolve customer inquiries
  • Correct incomplete/incorrect sales
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and punctuation.
  • Promote and demonstrating Acquire's values internally and externally

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Must have at least 1 year of BPO Sales Experience
  • Professional experience in a call center environment
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Be proficient and experienced in Windows workstation
  • Places high value on customer success, working with both internal and external customers
  • Able to analyze and provide creative solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Able to solve problems and work under mínimal supervision.
  • Adept in learning new workflows and tasks
  • With working knowledge of CRM
