**About the position

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and working closely with the Operations team we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer.

This is a varied role which will support the wider business in maintaining our financial records and performing activities associated with organisational financial management.

**Key Responsibilities: - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately and efficiently.

Arranging supplier payments in line with requisite approval limits
Ensuring bank reconciliations are up to date
Assist in preparing and reconciling of various reports on a daily and weekly basis
Attend to month end tasks and assist with reporting in this regard
Assist with audits and provide necessary support and documentation as required Other adhoc tasks as may be required from time to time

**About you

23 years experience in a similar role
A degree in either Finance or Accounting
Excellent attention to detail
Proven work ethic
Bring the same level of focus to the high level as well as the low level activities.
Common sense approach and willingness to escalate any issues requiring management oversight or intervention
Ability to work autonomously
Proficient in Excel Experience with Xero
