The Class software solutions assist our customers to automate key processes, reduce operating costs for their back office, improve data accuracy and reduce compliance risk.

Class' revenue is derived from our suite of products offered via a monthly software fee and PAYG fees.

An awesome role for a

Consultant to work within our growing consulting team Be at the forefront of implementing and rolling out our Class software to our awesome new users - planners, investors and auditors. Provide training and customer success activities ensuring our customers are set up for success always and be a true business partner ensuring we deliver the best customer experience always

Responsibilities:

Assist customers through their first 90 day implementation plan including planning for user access, training, fund transitions, data feed activations, business policy settings and training.
Provide direction to accountants and administrators with the timely collation of data and documentation required for transitioning theirs funds.
Deliver training (oneonone /group) and technical support. This may include onsite meetings where applicable.
Liaise with product manager and key stakeholders on customer requirements and enhancements related to the entire onboarding process
Assist the sales team in presales technical session, demos and trials when required
In conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams, participate in periodic road shows and conferences to Class customers

What you'll need:

Formal degree qualification in the area of Accounting required
Experience using Class software for SMSF's or Trust administration
Knowledge of Australian Superannuation legislation and practice
Experience in the preparation/lodgment of forms to ASIC
Knowledge of Trust and corporate registry/compliance requirements
Experience working in Business Services, Trust and/or Tax Accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine resolutions to complex issues and then communicate those resolutions to customers, team members, other staff members and other stakeholders
