About the Role


Some of your work will include co-ordinating live streamed internal events, executive communications, designing for digital screens and business unit internal communications support.

You will have scope to make improvements and changes to existing channels as well as investigate new and better ways of doing things.


Our ideal Internal Communications Specialist will need to:

  • Produce engaging and relevant content across MLA's internal communications channels, ensuring consistency, clarity and ease of access.
  • Support the development of an internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
  • Develop and execute internal communications initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes in line with the strategy, business improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of effective internal communications systems and processes, including appropriate metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications activities.
  • Project managing the improvement of MLA's intranet as a key internal communications tool
