ABOUT THE ROLE:

With projects in the ground across both inner eastern & bayside regions and an impressive pipeline. There is space for an experienced working lead hand foreman to run one-off-high-end architectural homes $3mil+

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

Similar background as a leading hand, and/or junior working foreman working on highend architectural highend homes $2.5mil+
Carpentry background (
_essential_) with CERT IV in building & construction or relevant tertiary qualifications;
Demonstrated working experience as a 2IC on highend jobs with basement construction and suspended slabs;
Sound knowledge of building workflow practices;
Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
