What you'll be doing:


As the Online Content Manager for Coles Online, you will be responsible for creating and managing the online content strategy of our Customer Trade Plan across both web & App platforms.


You will:


  • Create and managing the online content strategy of our Customer Trade Plan Develop and own the execution principles for the website & App Including Banner Assets, Homepage, search/aisle and Campaigns.
  • Provide opportunities for conversion growth by collaborating with the Optimisation team on A/B testing and keeping up to date with AEM enhancements
  • Manage and approve the Site Operations workflow to business lead times.
  • Lead and support the Content Coordinator and Author, providing coaching & career development to maximise team engagement.
  • Analyse and review content effectiveness to drive user engagement and optimise SEO.

You have:


  • 3+ years' experience in a content design role e.g. content designer, product designer, content producer, ideally in a B2C retail environment
  • Experience in managing and developing content templates preferably in AEM or similar content management systems
  • Experience in writing, editing and publishing usercentred content for digital audiences
  • Good understanding of user experience development and best practices
  • Deep understanding of SEO and ability to drive Online Conversion.
  • Previous line management experience within Content Design
