    Title: Digital Manager
    Channels: Paid Social + Programmatic Media Buying
    Location: Melbourne
    Hybrid: 4 days work from office, 1 day work from home

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client portfolios by planning and buying across various digital channels.
    • Execute strategic digital marketing campaigns to meet client goals.
    • Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide valuable insights to clients.
    • Ensure seamless workflow, meet deadlines, and liaise with internal teams for exceptional service.
    • Support the growth and training of junior team members.

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in programmatic media buying and paid social, preferably in a digital agency.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
    • Ability to set up campaigns, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
    • Team player with a proactive attitude towards digital marketing.
