Key Duties and Essential Functions

Prospecting for sales leads
Database management
Liaising with vendors and buyers
Conducting open homes and open for inspections
Attending marketing appointments and auctions
Client care & buyer follow up
Liaising with vendors and buyers

Skills & Experience Required:

You will have your VIC agency licence, a full drivers licence and well maintained vehicle
Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
Immaculately presented and well groomed
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Possess a strong work ethic and value excellent customer service
Excellent negotiation skills
