About the role

The Emergency Department (ED) Administration Officers provide excellent customer service to a broad range of demographics presenting to the Emergency Department.

With a strong customer service approach, they provide timely and efficient administrative support to the clinical staff of the Emergency Department, and capture accurate and complete data in accordance with reporting requirements.

About you

After an appropriate period of training and probation, there may be the possibility of a roster of permanent night shifts.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Well-developed customer service skills

Strong computer skills

A strong commitment to high quality care and data accuracy

Flexibility

Excellent communication and organisational skills
