Sales and Account Manager
This is a hands-on sales and account management role focused on:
- Selling to and setting up new accounts i.e. retail shops
- Managing relationships with existing clients
- Developing innovative new sales strategies
- Keeping retailers uptodate with products and prices
- Providing merchandising support
You will be engaging, have effective communication skills and the ability to "cold enter" a flooring showroom without introduction, and pitch our products.
You will work directly with the founder to set sales targets and work together with the founder to meet those targets.

Remuneration
We offer a reasonable base salary and exceptional variable commission. We design remuneration packages to be very attractive to those who believe they can succeed in the role.
About Everfloor
Everfloor is an innovative timber flooring wholesaler, distributing quality flooring to flooring retailers and installation houses across Australia. Our warehouse is in Sydney, but you will be based NSW wide.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
Salary:
$70, $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
