The Manager, Healthcare Worker Wellbeing Centre (the Centre) within Safer Care Victoria (SCV) is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Centre.

The role requires strong strategic and systems thinking alongside leadership, project management, and improvement skills.

The role will lead a significant program of improvement that requires an understanding of the issues facing healthcare workers in the current climate, and a commitment to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Victoria's healthcare workers.

Engagement with senior stakeholders and leaders across government and the broader health sector is required.
