Based in the Norwest business park, our client partners with some of the world's most recognised brands and distributes products across Australia.


This organisation has been in operation since 2016 and has grown rapidly over the past 18-months and is forecasting strong growth over the coming years.

With over 70 employees across Australia, the culture of the business is one of humility, innovation, and family friend.

The organisation offers 2 days work-from-home on Tuesday and Thursday with parking available on-site at their head office.


The Role:


This role will partner with key business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and work with the IT & Systems Manager to develop and build these reports and data models.

A large portion of the role will be supporting the organisation ERP which is NetSuite.


Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering from business stakeholders

Translating functional requirements into technical solutions

Provide ongoing assistance and support for NetSuite ERP and propose continuous improvements.


Own and develop relationships with end-users, vendors, customers, and internal product team working with them to optimize and enhance end solution.

Liaise with and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.

Understand business data sets and models to extract data for reporting creation.

Building and creating reports with Power BI

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Application Support, Data Analyst or BI Analyst position

Proven experience supporting an ERP System

Exposure to report creation through SSRS or Power BI

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills

Strong communication skills
