About the role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the purpose of this role is to assist with end-to-end Supply Chain activities including product planning, inventory management, demand planning and product distribution.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Running & preparing supply chain and ad hoc reports
  • Build & manage production and purchasing plans
  • Stock analysis, inventory & stock level assessments
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding key activities
  • Managing supply short falls
  • Set up and billing of new products
  • Assisting warehouse team with cycle count and stock take

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role you will have;

  • Previous Supply Chain Planning & production planning experience essential
  • Computer literacy (SAP, JDE, MS Dynamics, Excel highly favourable)
  • Exposure to Demand Planning and Forecasting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach with strong business acumen
  • High levels of attention to detail and strong administration skills
