Join us on this exciting journey as the SPO EL1 Project Administration Lead working as part Land C4 Systems Branch within Joint Systems Division.
The SPO EL1 Project Administration Lead is a newly created role within the Branch and will work directly to the System Program Office Director within the System Program Office support area.
This is a unique opportunity for a high performing administration manager/project manager to drive project business processes within the SPO across both acquisition and sustainment activities.
They will exercise sound decision making and judgement to provide expert advice.
They will have a good understanding of project management administration and are responsible for the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies and procedures relevant to their work within that function.
They will engage in complex to very complex problem solving and issues management and may coordinate and perform detailed or sensitive projects administration tasks that impact strategic, political or operational outcomes for Defence.
The SPO EL1 Project Administration Lead will be responsible for actively managing key stakeholder relationships and will be required to identify relevant stakeholders' expectations and concerns to develop and communicate methodologies and practices to achieve outcomes.
