About the Role:

The General Manger will provide strategic and operational leadership to HOPEs service delivery teams across Metro and Midwest region. They will ensure the provision of exceptional person-centred supports, aligned to HOPE's strategy, values and purpose.

Within the Youth Justice services you will support the coordinators across each site with programs such as Youth Transitional accommodation, Bail house and community mentoring programs.

Across these services you will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, and build employee engagement and wellbeing across to optimise attraction and retention of the workforce.

About you:

We are looking for a leader who is driven and committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients, and the community.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in managing and reporting on operational systems for a health or community services organisation, including effectively planning and allocating resources to maximise operational efficiency and meet funding deliverables.

You will need a degree or post graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health, Education, Social Science, Youth Work, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health, or Behavioural/Social Sciences with relevant experience working with vulnerable young people.

In addition, you will to be committed to upholding HOPE's values and to working in a culturally secure way with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and individuals

This role requires the following clearances:

National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)
Working with Children Check, current unrestricted WA Driver's licence and current First Aid Certificate
