- $75k - $85k Base + Super (Pro Rata)
  • Initial 6 month contract

Our client has a 20-year history of delivering world-class ATM, POS and E-Commerce services to Australia's leading financial institutions

They are seeking an enthusiastic

Desktop Support Engineer to join this close-knit team and work alongside the

IT Support Manager for a 6-month (maternity leave) fixed-term contract with the potential to extend.


What you'll be doing

  • Providing effective 1st and 2nd line support to internal users for all ITrelated matters. (Approximately 150 users)
  • Provide inperson and remote support for software and hardware
  • Help support and maintain 365, Active Directory, Terminal servers and Exchange servers.
  • Effective use of JIRA ticketing

What you'll bring to the team

  • Strong knowledge of and experience in administering a Windowsbased environment (Office 365 Suite, In Tune)
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow etc)
  • Active Directory Management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively and respectfully
Please note this is an onsite role based at Macquarie Park, brand-new offices with free parking + close to public transport
