Description:Contracts Administrator South East Melbourne Permanent Position 110k - 120k PA My client is the global leader in generator and temperature control hire with locations throughout the world. Currently looking for a Legal Contracts Specialist to provide assistance to our Commerical Contracts Manager to help with reviewing and providing drafting on contracts, negotiating supplier contracts and leases, managing insurances. Key to the role is managing a strong pipeline of incoming tenders and project EOIs. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and update Commercial Models for tenders bids and manage the tender pipeline.Prepare, assist in negotiation of, and finalise contracts.Prepare white papers for tenders for submissionEnsure that all risk factors are effectively managed in quotations, during contract negotiations and pricing strategies and different options on risk management to maximise potential for contract award.Providing contract support to our projects, procurement and wider business that includes negotiating and finalising any ongoing disputes regarding Contract s T Cs, coordinating contractual documents and managing project accounts.Report on a weekly monthly basis the activity and performance levels of the contract.Maintain key contractual documents, key databases, arrange meetings, keep records of the key actions and follow up, coordinate daily department activities, maintain department calendar and ensure to meet deadlines etc.Liaise with Regional and Central PM Operations team on a regular basis to understand status of sites with focus on production output Monthly billing and security Insurances around each project site.Assist with processing and approval of payments to consultants within the Region by maintaining Commission Statements for each contract.Coordinate and maintain Reports for Group Power Solutions including Monthly Reports and Quarterly MW Order Book. About YouProfessional Qualification Previous role in commercial and or Corporate Finance environment. Exposure to areas such as tendering, procurement, sales, marketing, service or project management will be highly regarded.Strong communication, negotiation, drafting and presentation skills.
