About the Organisation:

I am recruiting on behalf of Greenfleet, a leading Australian not-for-profit environmental organisation that plants native biodiverse forests to help fight the impacts of climate change. We are looking for a Partnerships Officer to join their team in a permanent, part time position (3 days per week).

Since 1997 Greenfleet has planted over 9.6 million trees, creating more than 500 forests in Australia and New Zealand. Their forests are legally protected for up to 100 years, conserving biodiversity and restoring habitat for wildlife.

About the Role:

This is a role to support Greenfleet in their ongoing success and growth. As their partnerships officer you'll be responsible for facilitating the development and growth of Greenfleet's corporate partnerships to increase revenue success.

About the Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and growth of Greenfleet corporate partnerships
  • Servicing existing corporate partner relationships effectively and professionally
  • Implementing the corporate partnerships strategy to deliver increased value for Greenfleet and their supporters.
  • Supporting the operational management of new partnership projects, including developing partnership proposals, audience research, and bespoke offers to meet agreed development targets.



    • About You:

  • You'll be super organised and savvy when it comes to managing and updating CRM systems
  • You'll be great with relating and networking, persuading and influencing
  • You'll be excellent at presenting and communicating information, both written and verbally
  • You'll be exceptional when it comes to delivering results and meeting customers' expectations, whilst adapting and responding to changes and potential setbacks
  • Ideally you'll have previous experience working within a relationship management type role
