    The Role

    Reporting to the Customer Service Leader, primary responsibilities include;

  • Receive, process and confirm customer orders (email /phone)
  • Regular customer updates relating to overdue orders, issues, deliveries, credits etc
  • Extensive liaison with internal stakeholders including logistics and warehousing
  • Process credit notes
  • Daily transport and stock related calls/follow up
  • Daily reporting
  • Investigate and communicate any issues or discrepancies
  • The Candidate

  • Recent SAP experience
  • Manufacturing induistry experience
  • Accurate order entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and enjoy working as part of a busy team
