The Challenge

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Foundation (AEM) Sales Specialist as part of the Digital Experience Cloud pre-sales team. The role will focus exclusively on the AEM solutions supporting Account Executives (AE) sales efforts across major accounts on significant Enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities include development of relationships with the Adobe AEs and their management structure to drive their AEM business. This role requires solution selling capabilities, value-prop selling methodologies, strong business and selling instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers.

Our most successful Product Sales Specialists take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors. What You’ll Do

  • Improving the reputation and visibility of Adobe Experience Manager products
  • Drive and Mature pipeline-cultivate and secure new lines of business within the targeted verticals, focusing on AEM within the Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Achieve yearly sales targets. This includes closing new business and growing upon existing clientele.
  • Sell into multiple levels of an organisation as well as close six and seven-figure deals.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and deliver compelling product demonstrations, use cases and sales pitches.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts
  • Submitting accurate forecasts to Senior management to assist in business planning and reporting
  • Collaboration with the different Adobe business units (product marketing, management, and account management, etc.) to provide clients a clear understanding of our unique point of differentiation and why they should choose Adobe’s solution
  • What You Need To Succeed

  • Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, content management and Omni-channel content delivery.
  • Subject matter expertise along with validated sales track record selling Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, digital asset management solutions.
  • Minimum 7+ years proven track record of enterprise level direct sales expertise within a more sophisticated sales model is required.
  • Prior success in carrying a $3M+ quota also preferred.
  • Excellent networking ability with outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Creativity, integrity, self-motivated and focused
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales and process as well as the ability to work in a highly matrixed team environment, partnering with all other organisations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Product and Marketing.
