The Opportunity

APAC Digital Media Technical Success Manager will drive license provisioning, deployment & implementation for Adobe’s APAC Enterprise customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that time to implementation for our customers is met & value realised by our clients at the earliest. Given the nature of the work, cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Sales Executives, Customer Care, Consulting Services, Engineering, and Consulting Teams both locally & globally will be key to success. The individual will also partner with technical teams to craft , develop & deliver technology solutions that provide exceptional customer experiences. This is a player/ coach role where you will have individual deliverables as well as an extended responsibility of leading a technical team.

What you will do

  • Drive licensing, onboarding, deployment of Adobe software & services for APAC Clients including roll out of new technologies and software configurations.
  • Assist customers in configuring Identity provider with Adobe.
  • Identify & implement digital signature use cases with customers
  • Partner with Business to understand current & future technical needs that deliver value and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deploy software that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe or client or partner organisations
  • Maintain regular and appropriate communication with customer and internal teams.
  • Responsible for managing customer expectations, scope & delivery.
  • Ensure delightful customer experiences as new and existing customers adopt Adobe's Cloud services.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners; architecting specific solutions based on customer requirements and existing technical architecture capabilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's License management technology and be able to clearly articulate business value.
  • Motivate and influence a team of resources consisting of Implementation Managers & Technical Onboarding Specialists etc
  • Provide leadership, encouragement and mentoring to team members
  • Ensure that reporting and operational activities are handled in a timely & accurate manner
  • Work in partnership with sales management to support technical discussions on new deal and renewal goals.
  • What you need to succeed

  • 5-10 years of proven track record leading client-facing projects in a consulting or technology professional services organisation with 5 years leading technical teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, Master’s Degree and Project Management Certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum two years’ experience with SSO, Identity Management , digital signature activation & software deployment tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate features into business benefits
  • Ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
  • High degree of technical curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills to communicate effectively to management & executive leadership.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively handle multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously amidst ambiguity
  • Highly articulate with a consultative approach to business problems
  • Familiarity with Adobe’s three cloud solutions preferred
  • Travel up to 20% of the time
