As a Professional Architectural Coatings Specialist you will be responsible for the growth and development of our Residential New housing and Re-Paint business in Western Australia as well as overseeing the maintenance and service of existing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Leading, maintaining and growing a portfolio of key accounts
Deliver professional product / brand presentations to current and prospective customers
Monitoring of customers changing needs and competitor activity
Achieve the sales, profit and growth targets for trade for your assigned territory & Line of Business
Develop and implement call cycles in conjunction with existing local representation.
Build positive relationships with internal cross-functional teams
Deal with Architects and Specifiers
Write specifications around builder / re paint requirements
Manage a territory of low spend customers with the objective of turning them around
Qualifications
Previous Strategic Key Account Management or Business Development experience
Experience in the building and construction industry
High level of negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to connect with and communicate with a variety of partners
Current valid drivers license
