THE POSITION

A rare 12-month contract position now exists within our Veterinary Medical Services division for a Technical Services & Pharmacovigilance Veterinarian. The role will primarily involve supporting our technical enquiries and pharmacovigilance functions.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to veterinary professionals through our technical enquiry helpline.
  • Using your technical knowledge and experience, provide end-to-end management of adverse event reports (pharmacovigilance), including customer communications, internal data entry and case assessment.
  • Provide technical training and support to our Customer Care Team who manage enquiries from pet owners.
  • Provide technical and resource support to assist with marketing strategies.
  • Provide operational technical support to our external & internal L&D function.
  • Ensure compliance to ethical, professional and company standards.

    Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Veterinary Science suitable for registration in Australia
  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in small animal veterinary practice
  • Excellent communication skills with strong empathy and developed emotional resilience
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Superior organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Intermediate level of MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • This is a full-time position based at our head office in NSW, although remote working may be considered for the right candidate.
