- Supporting Scope Definition: Analysing solution options to achieve business outcomes, and the time/cost implication.
- Perform Business Impact Assessment: Analyse the impacts to the customers based on the high-level solution options from scoping.
- Capturing Business Requirements: Facilitate requirement workshops with impacted stakeholders to capture and document the requirements delivering a good customer experience; recommending direction to the business based on the cost/benefits
- Liaise with Solution Designer to drive a cost-effective business solution delivering the best customer experience.
- Performing requirements Traceability: Monitoring the evolving solution design and development to ensure the impacts of the solution on the business operation is well understood if there are any gaps. Working with vendors and Customer's workgroups to clarify business needs in the solution.
- Accountable for document draft & update such as Work Instruction, Operations Manual, Customer Comms and maintain the documents in a central repository.
- Accountable for UAT & BRT: Facilitate UAT and BRT with the relevant stakeholders to verify the delivered solution meeting the business requirements; develop test cases for UAT & BRT; managing incidents for UAT & BRT.
- Managing Change Requests: Document changes requests and submit them to the relevant program for impact assessments.

Position SummaryThe Business Analyst (BA) is a role which requires strong analytical skill, attention to detail in managing both business and
technical requirements to deliver a cost-effective business solution for major projects and customer experience improvement initiatives. The person is also responsible for driving resolution of issues to maintain or improve operational efficiency. This role will interact with senior management as well as dealing with senior designers and operational staff within Engineering, IT and Networks. This role also requires strong communication and stakeholder management skill. The person would ensure both business and technical delivery for all changes as well as driving resolution of all issues. The Business Analyst is accountable to manage all changes be it major or minor via several delivery channels which includes a structured release plan. A key accountability for this role is to be able to work on Customer business requirements and then manage the internal technical teams to deliver against these requirements.
This role requires an ability to balance between the needs of the external customer and internal business stakeholders.
In this fast-paced and business critical role, you are responsible for driving resolution of issues to maintain or improve operational efficiency.
