About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative

Marketing Manager who is hands on with a bright and positive can-do attitude. Someone who can make decisions and to utilise creative flare to inspire eye-catching campaigns for new brands and products.


As a marketing all-rounder, you will have demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic campaigns through below the line marketing in B2B and B2C markets, across print, digital, events and PR whilst effectively managing project budget and timelines.


Your natural leadership skills and innovation will be the cornerstone in managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing and graphics team as well as oversee the in-house technical resources.

Duties:


  • Brand planning & execution across 7 category leading brands print, digital, events and PR
  • Manage and oversee the digital strategy across all brands, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn), websites, and SEO
  • Liaise with and unearthing brand advocates and bloggers including product seeding
  • Plan and execute strategic gotomarket plans for new products
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to bring new consumers to the brands
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (retailers, publishing houses and digital agencies)

Skills and Experience:


  • 5 to 10 years in a similar role
  • A Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Experience using Shopify and Trello (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience managing a marketing team
  • A strong understanding of all digital and social platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Researching skills for trend analysis and creative inspiration
  • Professional work ethic with an ability to work as an integral member of a team and autonomously.
